Summary: Ross was an exceptional host. We had to extend our stay a few times and he was more than accommodating. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house is clean and functional for a family that works from home and has college students doing virtual learning. Any requests or questions were attended to promptly.

Summary: the house is very clean and appliances are very nice. The beds were all comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. Quiet neighborhood and having the pool table was fun!

Summary: This place was perfect for a family! Clean and spacious, with wide halls and a large open living area, there was plenty of room for children, dogs, and parents. The rooms are a nice size, and there is plenty of storage. The back yard is private and secure, and the neighborhood is peaceful. The location is near to the highway and close to a number of shopping centers. Ross responded quickly to any questions we had. Everything was a snap! We definitely recommend.

Summary: This house is in a great neighborhood, close to everything you would want. We loved sitting in the shade of the back yard in the morning and evening, going down to the park and marina at Dana Point and appreciated the cool southern California weather. There is a great park in the neighborhood with lots of friendly people. There are also lots of great dog friendly restaurants in the area. The house is great for accommodating large families. Ross is very easy to communicate with and was responsive to our every request.
