Positive: Very amicable and helpful host, very clean house, very well equipped with all you need. Including a vacuum cleaner. Neither will you dare, nor have an excuse to leave the place untidy!

Negative: If you are a noise sensitive person, you might want to know that this is a house comprising of two attached segments, and this is a very light construction. You might have a noisy neighbor :)
