Positive: Plenty of space, nice decks, good walking and bike trails and a great private pool for the community.

Negative: Did not realize it was not in Sunriver proper, but great location and the bike/walking paths and private pool was great!

Summary: Great house and great family time!

Positive: Central location good for visiting relatives between Bend and LaPine, OR.

Negative: Pine tree pollen literally covering everything outside during middle of June, so consequently not able to use outside deck furnishings and grill during our stay. Could not find any local TV channels for news and daily weather reports.

Summary: Appropriate for our purpose and needs during our stay.
