Positive: the property is very cozy and nice, all appliances worked, and the AC was in all rooms. the location was a walking distance from a big night market. there was a parking spot as well. the bed was comfy.

Negative: there was a coffee machine but no capsules, the code for the door,I didn't got it automatically and I needed to ask for it, allthgo they answered really quick on booking,

Positive: everything is perfect,the house,the location,the privacy,it's very suitable to stay with family or hangout with your best friends.

Negative: To be honest,the only one point we can't make it perfect is the door key system,I don't know that's too old or something,anyway we feel the door key system is pretty hard to unlock,even though we always enter the correct password,we almost have to tried to unlock the door average on 10mins,I hope next time we back,we can unlock the door key system less effort,any way it's one of my favorite B&B in Chiang Mai,very convenient to go to nimman area,see ya next time,I promise I will be back:) Highly recommend who's seeking the cozy and convenient accomodation in nimman area:)
