Summary: Very tastefully furnished rooms. Comfy beds, adequate showers and all we needed for an overnight stay. Just a pity that the rooms lacked lighting - a change of lightbulbs would make all the difference. Enjoyed a great evening meal in the pub.

Summary: We arrived just before England kick off against Wales and were desperate to find somewhere we could watch the game. the landlady was so helpful and made some phone calls before directing us to a nearby pub. Our room was spotless and pleasant and the bed was comfy. We booked a table for dinner and were impressed with the choices available on the menu. Both our meals were excellent and plentiful. We were both impressed with standard of service and accommodation and would rate it as excellent value for money. We will definitely be returning again, as it was the perfect stopover for us travelling from the midlands down to west Cornwall.
