Positive: Great location for Babbacombe downs. Spacious accomodation and nice and clean. Hosts very quick to respond to queries and offered an earlier checkin. The hosts partner even offered to take in our shopping delivery if we didnt get there on time.
Negative: Need blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Sofas not very comfortable, cushions may help a bit. More hand soap and toilet rolls would have good. Parking can be difficult if no spaces nearby.

Negative: Needs just a few little touches - needs more than just one place set per person of crockery, cutlery, wine glasses etc. (once the dishwasher was loaded with the used things we had none to use ) Bedding needs updating (extremely thin pillows and duvet etc) and ideally à guest information booklet as we didn’t know how tbe recycling ànd rubbish system etc worked . Also maybe some info on local places of interest, food venues etc would have been good
Summary: Nice two night break, but facilities need a bit of tweaking for any longer stays

Positive: Great location and very comfortable. TV in every room, good internet. We arrived early and because apartment was ready we were able to check in
Negative: Not really set up for 6 adults Kitchen wise just needs extra cutlery and glasses Large bathroom but again would struggle to house 6 adults but fine for a family stay
