Positive: Kind, helpful and respectful staff, unique and pretty rooms with nice view. Good breakfast.

Negative: MANY stairs. No elevator. Rooms are a bit small.

Summary: Wonderful hotel, but you can't stay here if you can't handle a high number of steep stairs.

Positive: The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Negative: Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

Summary: Overall good experience.
