Summary: In order of priority for us: 1. Cleanliness - esp. the bathrooms, 2. Staff - very friendly, welcoming and warm, esp. since this is our first visit to Thailand, 3. Location - very close to local market with lots of options for trying Thailand local food, snacks, drinks, Thai-tea, etc. & Ferry terminal. We loved our stay here!
