Positive: The food (breakfast and dinner, desert) was absolutely amazing. I recommend "Thai" breakfast. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel was beautifully designed and located in the most picturesque location by the river.

Positive: Staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was good, especially breakfast. Since there aren’t many rooms, the stay was quite private.

Negative: The parking lot is not enough during peak hours, as restaurant customers also park there.

Negative: I and my friend chose this place to stay for a night we wanted to try their Michelin guide restaurant (which it is one of many in the town). However, the dining experience disappointed us. We’re assigned to the nice corner river view seat while there is a giant drain pipe underneath the terrace. When the food served, there’re SWARM OF GIANT HOUSE FLIES come to our table. We had one hand trying to enjoy my dinner and one hand wiping away the flies. The staff watched us struggling in eating and tried to help us with the fan and little candle which didn’t help at all. Finally, we requested to change the table, we still wanted to sit outdoor with view but they told us all fully booked but obviously it was empty that time. We tried not to think much about it until we found a jumbo size housefly in my friend’s boil rice soup and while she eating!!! The waitress apologized and changed with the new one. I made a complaint as it concerned with hygiene and they’ve Michelin guide label!?!! The restaurant asked for my email offering discount voucher to compensate about this . I do not care much because just wanted to address the problems. However, almost a month later i did not receive anything from the hotel that mean they did not care about customer’s experience at all. I did not take pictures as i just wanted enjoy my holidays but when it comes 2nd time. It need to express it.

Summary: River view, comfy room, be careful a bunch of giant houseflies! It’s everywhere!!!!

Positive: Very comfortable room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty food at the restaurant as well as breakfast!

Negative: If need to say something, perhaps they can change to stronger hair dryers. It would make the breakfast perfect if they put a table cloth on the breakfast table served in front of our room. Would be even more enjoyable if drinks at breakfast could be served one by one instead of having everything at the same time - they are all good we wanted to enjoy them one by one.

Positive: The moment you enter the property car park you encounter the stunning design of the property. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. The rooms are small, but excellently designed for maximum efficiency of space, all whilst being extremely aesthetically pleasing. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is great, and there is air-con! The attention to detail overall is excellent! Within the property there is an outstanding restaurant on the bank of the river, we ate dinner there as the sunset and the food was incredible! Breakfast is selected the day before and served at a time of your choice, either to your room or the restaurant. The breakfast was also delicious and the service was faultless. I highly recommend you stay a night here if you get the chance!

Positive: This hotel was a great find. The large rooms had glass fronts which overlooked the swimming pool and the river. Infront of the room was a large out door seating area. Beds were large and very comfortable. Breakfast was a feast full of fresh fruits and breads as well as hot options. We all loved the swimming pool from where you could watch the boats sailing up and down the river.

Summary: Wished we had planned to stay longer!
