Positive: Emaculate property and very spacious. A property advertising a kitchen which we actually could use and had use of!!! It's the first place we've had in months with a TV so we had a movie night treat with Netflix. Wonderful for a recharge and rest without any stress. We were able to hang out downstairs after checking out of our room, which was very welcomed, as we had a late train.and could chill.

Negative: It was further out than we anticipated as we tend to explore on foot and we under estimated the size of Bangkok!

Positive: I’ve never really felt at home staying in other people’s houses, but this place exceeded all my expectations. It’s not too far from the city, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The house is very clean, and the owner is kind and easy to approach. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially considering how affordable it is for such quality accommodation. And the cute cats are a lovely bonus!

Positive: Had an amazing stay here. We stayed in the budget double room and it was great. The Aircon was bad boi, which really saved us as this was our first visit to Thailand. The place is very cosy, homely, has character and the host was very welcoming. The location is fantastic, it's local, quiet and we found ourselves the only foreigners walking around during our stay, which is very welcome after spending our days in central Bangkok. If we decide to visit again, this will be our first choice. Thanks for having us.

Negative: Water flow out did not properly occur in the bathroom outlet and kitchen sink. Some students came for a get together. That time they were very noisy.

Positive: We had such a wonderful time staying at this cozy house — it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly huge — we absolutely loved it! The living hall was one of our favorite spots. It was perfect for relaxing, having supper, and even watching movies while we waited for our next plans. It made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully furnished with all the cutlery and kitchenware we needed. We really appreciated having a fridge to store our food and being able to heat it up for breakfast the next day. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.

Negative: The location is quite far from public transport — we had to walk nearly 1 kilometer (15 minutes) just to reach the main road. This can be inconvenient, especially for travelers on a budget, they can only rely on Grab, as the fares can be quite high due to the distance. For the first two days, the room was very dimly lit. However, once the owner returned from an emergency trip, he immediately replaced the light bulbs for us, which we appreciated. There was also an upstairs guest who kept bothering us to use his transport service. He claimed it was cheaper and asked us to cancel the Grab we had already booked, but later clarified he was only offering to drop us at the main road. It was confusing and made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, during the owner’s absence in the first two days, the upstairs guests used the shared hall to eat and drink but didn’t clean up after themselves — leaving dirty plates and mugs behind.

Summary: Lovely home and helpful host — just needs better transport access and guest management.
