Positive: 1. The apartment is very nice with a beautiful terrace and a view of the nearby church. 2. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Negative: 1. Small yellow ants on the kitchen counters and the floor. 2. During the 10 nights we spent in this apartment, we were without electricity twice. The first time it took a whole hour (because we thought the fault was in the whole village), but we soon concluded that the fault was actually in the house itself. The second time it took 5 minutes because we immediately told the couple who were renting the apartment below (601), that they have some problem with equipment that caused us to be without electricity as well. 3. As someone has already posted in previous reviews, it would be very desirable to have an oven in the kitchen. 4. The fridge cooling performances are very weak.
