Positive: I loved the stay. Breakfast was excellent. Easy access to all facilities around, including metro, bustop etc. The rooms were small but as a solo travelling i found it very comfortable. The house keeping kept my rooms ver very clean.

Summary: I give a thumbs up. do not have a second thought. Its perfect.

Positive: Very central and convenient for both honk Kong and Kowloon- walking distance to the markets and the bay, close to the museums and to the transport network.

Negative: The view over Hong Kong is great - Best of all is the proximity to Kowloon park, a great place to sit and eat walk and relax.

Positive: King size bed and good size room for price range. Cleanliness was good. Maintenance during our stay was obvious with air con vents being changed in all rooms on our floor and carpet cleaning being completed as well. Area was good and convenient. Great to be on Kowloon Park.

Positive: 4 night stay, good location, mix up with beds, we're a couple with one 9 yr old boy, they gave us a twin bed room instead of a triple bed. Thus we had to compromise our sleeping which was not comfortable, we asked about an additional bed, but they could only provide availability for some of the nights not all, and they wanted additional payment, which I believed we had already paid when making the booking. For a booking for 3 occupants you would have expected either 3 singles or a double and 1 single. Nevertheless it did not spoil our trip to HK. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room size was okay, but cleanliness could have been a little better.
