Positive: The best location, clean, comfortable bed

Negative: No hot water, there was 4 steps but staff did not care how I was struggled to bring my luggages, my mum and dad (83 years old) was tried hard to go up and down that 4 steps.

Positive: Soft bed,modern facilities. Quiet location but with choice of restaurants nearby

Negative: The king room I stayed in has a large oval bathtub, and plenty of hot water. However you need to shower IN the bath but there is no place to hang the shower head. A separate shower cubicle would be a good improvement. Nice rooftop restaurant with great food.

Summary: Only needed to stay 2 nights but would happily stay again ( but in a different room)

Positive: Twin room was massive, beds very comfortable and the shower great

Negative: There is a smoking area on the corridor outside the rooms. The first room they gave us stank of smoke, so we changed the room. So if you leave your room, you smell cigarette.

Negative: They were supposed to serve breakfast in the morning but they denied, the staff even overcharged me 100k VND but I took it back, and ended up without my breakfast, I didn't make a big deal of it, but I'm giving an honest review
