Negative: Upon arrival, the apartment was somewhat warm. It would be appreciated if the air conditioning could be switched on prior to guest arrival to ensure a more comfortable environment. Additionally, air conditioning is currently available only in the bedrooms. Installing an AC unit in the living room would greatly enhance comfort, as the ceiling fan alone is not sufficient. On the first day, it was slightly uncomfortable to spend time in the living area due to the warm air from the fan. However, from the second day onwards, the conditions were comfortable. We also recommend improving pest control measures, as we noticed the presence of ants. The property includes facilities such as a badminton court, swimming pool, and gym. The gym and badminton court were satisfactory. However, the swimming pool did not appear to be cleaned daily, which was somewhat disappointing. Apart from the above points, everything else was satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay, and all equipment and facilities were functioning properly.

Positive: The property offered a great experience with its easy location, making it very convenient to get to. The AC rooms were comfortable and provided a cool retreat, perfect for relaxation. One of the standout features was the ability to access the property at any time, with flexible key handling that made check-in and check-out a breeze. The payment process was simple and straightforward, adding to the overall ease of the stay. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Negative: While the stay was great, one thing that could have improved the experience would be having AC in the living area. It would help keep the entire place cool, especially on hotter days. However, it wasn't a major issue for us, as we mainly used the rooms, and the property suited our purposes perfectly.
