Positive: good value for money. located right at the exit but very quiet inside, swift check in, helpful host, helped with parking and all questions. breakfast: pastries, eggs (cook on your own, everything provided), bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, tea, coffee. quite good as breakfasts in italy go

Negative: the property is located in a sketchy neighbourhood but it’s safe. i would recommend this property only if you’re using a car, it’s convenient and cheap.

Positive: I think that the b&b was quite new, both the room and the kitchen were well equipped. The kitchen belonged to a common area, but fortunately we were the only ones who used it. Davide pre-packed the fridge with food for breakfast, but also brought cold meats and fruit on special request. We communicated on Whats up (I think there was language barrier :-)) Wifi is not very strong, but sufficient. We had a rental car that we could park in front of the house. 10 minutes driving to the centre. The otdoor lock and the room lock has a code without a key, worked well.

Negative: The road is very busy and noisy, so we closed the window instead, the location itself is very suburban, if you don't have a car, you have to take your time for the nicer places, this is not the place where you put your umbrella and blanket under your arm.

Summary: well-equipped new and comfortable place in the suburbs.
