Summary: I think it would be helpful for the owners to make a guest aware the ice maker doesnt work so you can come prepared and more attention paid to the cleanliness of the grill.

Summary: Floors are in poor condition, ice maker does not work, grill was nasty (took 2 hours to clean so we could use it). Back yard in poor shape. Had plumbing problems in bathroom. The owner was very diligent about fixing the problems.

Summary: The 2 bedroom unit was very sufficient, but is out of town. Must drive to food, gas, beach etc. Beach supplies provided; a good addition!

Summary: I’m about 8 months pregnant and we have 3 small dogs. We have been wanting to get our place professionally cleaned. I saw this duplex and the fenced back yard. It was perfect. Price was great. Check in couldn’t be any easier. Communication was never an issue. Bed was comfy. Location is really nice, not too far from beaches. Very close to prime shopping and restaurants. Everything you need is close by. Would definitely stay again.
