Positive: Hotel was located near the historical centre of Gravina in Puglia; only a short walk. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. No additional charge for breakfast or internet. Free parking along the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: High quality, well maintained fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable 4 poster bed with beautiful en-suite bathroom. Lovely view from the balcony. The family owners were very friendly and helpful. They own a restaurant in the town centre where we had a wonderful, inexpensive evening meal. The owners drove us to the railway station on our departure.

Negative: No lift! The property has two entrances,one on the ground floor on one street and another on the fourth floor on another street. We arrived on foot, dragging cases following a phone app. which was not easy as there were street steps to navigate.
