Positive: There were turtles, breakfast was decent and location was quite close to Parma. Spacious bathroom and the bedroom had multiple comfy beds. Parking was free and close by.

Negative: Not much contact with the host, we were able to figure out everything using his text message however.

Positive: Easy to find, clean, room was big and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a mini refrigerator to use. Parking was convenient and the breakfast had cereal, fruit, pastries, coffee, tea and juice. The restroom was big and had everything we needed. Great A/C that was needed in June!

Negative: Minor issue but our restroom was across the hall from our room. If you get up several times a night it could be inconvenient.
