Positive: I really enjoyed staying here. We could communicate through google translate and the host is amazing. Helping out with everything that you need. The breakfast is optional but I loved the coffee, the choice of croissant fillings (which I imagine were purchased in the morning) right up to the freshly squeezed orange juice (reasonable cost extra for breakfast). I had the room without the kitchen, and for me it was perfect. Good sized balcony to hang clothes and beach towels and rest in the morning. Wifi is good here, coffee pods were provided, small things like different towels for face and hand towels right to body lotion and shampoo and shower gel was provided. I loved staying here for the location, quietness and easy walk to the beach within minutes. The host is fabulous. Thank you!

Positive: We rented a room for 3 people for 5 days. Everything is fresh and new. The room and bathroom are spacious, the balcony's rather long. So, it's easy to dry towels after beach there and still have plenty of space to enjoy evening conversations, sitting there. There's also a smart-TV, a hairdryer, a fridge, a kettle and a coffeemaker. Mosquito nets on the windows and on the balcony door. There were more towels, than we could use. The hotel is in 5 mins walk from the beach (both private and public) and in 10mins by bus #2 or #3 to Pescara. Install TUA-app for the transport needs. The owners - Michela and Michele (hope, I haven't misspelled their names) are amazing. We mixed up the room with an apartment, but they made everything for us to feel comfortable for the whole period of stay. There're breakfasts available and you can negotiate their content, if Italian sweet croissant isn't your daily choice. Hospitality at its' best! We will definitely return)

Negative: The stay was very positive, and I can't say, it's disadvantage, just be attentive, when choosing the room. In this accomodation there're apartments with kitchen and hotel rooms without kitchen. So, if you're planning to cook, make sure you book an apartment with kitchen.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay in b&b Santafilomena. The place is in walking distance to beach, easily accessible by transport and in very calm location at the same time. Also, the owner Michela is very nice person, always helpful and kind, she also recommended us places to go for trip, go for shopping or where to buy fresh seafood. We even went for dinner together. The apartment is spacious, cozy and well equipped. We trully recommend this place.
