Positive: When you walk in, it’s exactly what you booked – a really beautiful building –
Negative: until you get to your cramped attic room, with no privacy. There’s a direct view, with no net curtains or anything, onto the owner’s balcony; if you closed the curtains, it would be pitch black. The landlady lives next door, and we could hear her talking and laughing all night long.

Positive: Our Host was very helpful. She made dinner reservations for us when we were having a difficult time getting in restaurants. The location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and sites. Lori Also made arrangements for us to be picked up from the train station which was not far but we didn’t want to drag our bags around. We would definitely stay here again Thank you for a lovely stay!

Positive: We returned to Palazzo de Matteis for a second stay during our motor tour of the area. Lori was exceptionally welcoming and helped us with our needs. I love the comfortable setting of the B&B. Grazie une Mille Lori!!
Negative: Can’t think of anything. San Servero was a very comfortable place to visit.
Summary: It was an open view into Italian living. Very family, friendly. Lori was wonderful.

Positive: Lorenza is a very welcoming and generous host who ensures the well- being of her guests. She shares her unique home in a thoughtful and friendly manner. The property is beautifully restored in a tasteful and appropriate manner which refects it’s history. It is well-furnished and full of interesting object d’arte. The position is close to bars and restaurants and perfect for exploring the locality on foot.
