Positive: Central location between the old town and the coast. Private parking. Kind and helpful hosts. Excellent communication with clear instructions on how to find the place. Flexible check in time that was very much appreciated by us in bad weather. High standard of cleanliness. Generous breakfast provisions. A covered outdoor terrace where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful sea view, even in the rain. We were lucky to be the only guests (on a weekday in low season), so had the terrace to ourselves.

Negative: We like darkness to sleep and the curtains didn't block out the external light coming through the slatted shutters (very minor issue). The vibration and very muffled rumbling of freight trains in the tunnel that runs under the hill on which the property is built was also a strange sensation, but not disturbing in any way.
