Positive: Maria was amazing, she explained everything supper well, offered us help all the time and asked every now and then if we needed anything. She was very flexible with us for a late arrival. The room was supper clean and the best was supper comfortable. There is a local beach near by, lot places to eat and drink and a metro station very close. The breakfast was nice and with lot of options.
Negative: The bathroom light comes on by itself when you go in and it takes a while to turn off after leaving the bathroom. I missed a piece of fruit on the breakfast plate.
Summary: 100% recommended

Positive: Maria is an amazing person who really cares about her guests. Throughout our stay she was interested, cared about our comfort and advised us on everything we needed. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, very well equipped and cosy. I recommend it!
Negative: For longer stays, storage space may be an issue. Breakfast is only sweet, but that is quite common in Italy.
