Positive: Indeed Thomas is a great host, very open and talkative and it plays an important role. He did make my life easy, by providing parking space just outside the hotel. The "hotel" is in reality a large house, where Thoma lives with his family. Nevertheless, the rooms are freshly and tastefully renovated and there is a feeling of high quality to everything. Same for the breakfast, choice is limited, but quality is excellent which is what matters (at least to me). The location is very convenient, just 3 minutes walk from the center of the city (which is beautiful). Lastly, the price is good, compared with the other options in Kortrijk

Negative: There are some details that you should be aware of before booking: - There is no elevator and my room was on third floor. I have a problem with my knee - didn't create any issues for my case but visitors should be aware. (I must note that it is said and shown at Booking - there is absolutely no misguidance) - My room at least is strictly for one person or a couple intimately related. There is no door to the toilet, just an open corridor (which I don't agree with, for practical reasons - smells etc)
