Positive: From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family. David and Leo were attentive to all our needs and requirements. The annex where we stayed was clean and very comfortable with lots of big windows to take in the beautiful surroundings. It's definitely off the beaten track, but therein lies it's charm. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. The breakfasts were wonderful. Kept us going all day! Fresh eggs from the four chickens that roam freely and a warm greeting from the lovely black Labradors.

Positive: Apart from the rough track leading to the bungalow, the location was both rustic and superb, being situated in the midst of woodland. The owners were exceptionally friendly, as we're their two dogs and four chickens and the breakfasts were delicious. A place to stay again should our travels take us in that direction again.

Positive: David and Leonora made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The annex gave us plenty of space and the breakfast was incredible. Home made produce was a lovely touch. Lovely to see the free roaming chickens outside the window. Beautiful natural gardens full of wild flowers and vegetable patches, surrounded by woodlands made for a relaxing stay.

Negative: Our only dislike was the road to the B&B which is a track road through the woods and as such is very rough in places. Not a complaint but certainly something to be aware of especially if your vehicle is low to the ground.

Positive: A gem of a place in a stunning location, we loved that it was off the beaten track and beautifully tranquil, just what we needed coming from a noisy stressful city. Leo and David are the warmest most hospitable hosts and made us feel so relaxed and at home. We appreciated all the lovely touches like the fresh cut flowers from the garden, the homemade cake and jams and the fresh eggs from the chickens that wandered freely around. We hope to return soon for longer next time!
