Positive: + Spotless clean + Big room in arbour and attached terrace + Kitchen equipment available, boiler and coffee maker + Tasty breakfast (not included)

Negative: - Hot on sunny days: AC was not working properly, no house insulation, no shade on terrace - Annoying background noises of pool pump from attached front house - Building and equipment outdated, rather low quality bed, too pricy for what you get

Positive: Nice smaal Italian style house equipped with everything you need for your stay. . Terasse with smaal garden, easy to park. A great place to stay for a short break during the longer trip. The breakfast is exceptional and you sldo receive welcomes champagne. Very nice and friendly owner..
