Summary: Nice room, good space, modern, easy check in, friendly check in process - there is no 'front desk' as such so we had to arrange a time to meet someone to collect keys. this was an easy process.

Summary: Amazing room and location. Simone, who checked us in was FABULOUS. The overall company - service sucked. We were given one single bed sheet and they would not give us another despite the polite / simple request. All they did was continue to send us automated messages asking us 'what they can do to make our stay better' ... you can send us another bed sheet...
