Positive: Hospitality of the host (Camelia) was great. She also helped us with things to visit in the neighborhood. The breakfast was great and VERY good espresso coffee!

Negative: Not really any negative points. The only point was to have the address more clearly on the Booking web site.

Summary: We had a great time driving around the appenines!

Positive: Camelia is a lovely host; she welcomed us very warmly and showed us to the apartment (I cannot say "the room", because it was so much more than that). We slept in a gorgeous small flat with its own entrance, antique kitchen with a fridge fully stocked for breakfast, a cosy bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Camelia had laid out some robes and slippers for us; she had all the necessities ready - it truly felt like being at home. So many things I had in my luggage I did not take out, because she provided them (soap, q-tips, wet wipes, etc). She gave us recommendations for dinner, and told us about things to do in the area. And when my boyfriend needed a jacket, she loaned him that of her husband. Highly recommend this place and will be back if ever in the area again. In terms of location, the small village is lovely, and the area is really enchanting, next to many sites of interest.

Negative: A bit of noise from conversation and from the TV in the late hours, but it was not excessive and stopped before midnight.

Summary: Beautiful and cosy, highly recommend.

Positive: Camelia gave us a very warm welcome. She showed us the appartment and gave us some recommendations for things to see in the area and places to eat. Breakfast was already in our fridge so we could have it whenever we wanted. The room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. We even had a small kitchen and the bathroom was beautiful. She also showed us her baby turtles of just 3 days old which were really cute! :)

Negative: The appartment is located in a really small village on a steep hill. There is no proper supermarket or restaurant close, so we had to drive 25 minutes by car to have dinner.

Positive: Camelia is such a wonderful and helpful host. She really took her time to introduce the quite historical building/apartment to us (it dates back to 16th century). Her dinner recommendations were fantastic, we chose a nearby home restaurant, which was a new and very pleasant and tasty experience for us. She also provided us with useful informations about things to do in that area. And there were even delicious surprises in the fridge! So if you want to spend some time in that pretty area, or if you just need to spend a night for a stopover, B&B Camelia is highly recommended!

Positive: One of the best and most hospitable host i have ever encountered. The place is nicely decorated, boutique like home. Sparking water, wine, beer, cookies welcome you to Camelia. It was the first time in Italy I felt i was at home & not at a hotel or B&B. There a home restaurant cooked by a wonderful chef in the same area that is a must. Book early or ask for the meal to be delivered to you. Definitely a hidden gem !

Positive: At 02.07.24 I arrived at B&B Camelia in Camugnano. I was not able to get up the hill with my bicycle. Marzio an Camelia pick me up 10 km prior to the marvelous house I spend one night. I have had a perfect italien dinner within the family. Thank you so much for your hospitality and support. Go there and make your own experience. Thank you soooooo much.
