Positive: Good location, distant from center but amid trees and near river with nice bike/foot-path Small upstairs room, functional.

Negative: Host not careful enough of environment, threw away bottles and containers which she thought useless since used (once), but I meant to re-use during my trip. Shutter did not close properly, too much afternoon sun for hot days.
