Positive: Location breakfast and staff
Negative: WiFi - extremely poor in my room on my iPhone iPad and Mac. The hotel owners kept blaming my device and did nit sort out the issue. Mobile data was equally bad
Summary: Would’ve been excellent if WiFi was good. At the moment it was not so.

Positive: Good location, loved that we could walk to the fabulous (very popular) restaurant Albergo Ristorante Conca Azzurra, a few minutes down the road. Accommodation was very basic, but we just needed a bed for the night, and it was completely fine. Great breakfast included too, and friendly host with good communication.
