Positive: All the staff were really friendly. The view was gorgeous and the breakfast spread was superb (especially for only 6 euros).

Negative: A bit difficult to find the location but Andrea was easily contactable to resolve this.

Positive: The first sight of the hotel was excellent, very nice and looked good, the hosts were eager to please, we don't speak Italian and they don't speak Engine but we got through to each other. The view of the lake was nice. Breakfast included was a nice surprise as was the local resaurent.

Negative: This isn't something we didn't like but if you are going use the GPS co-ordinates to find it, it seems all streets have the same name in this area. We thought we we'd arrived but we were 200 mtrs away

Positive: Everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The host helped us and took from the station which was really respectful. The room was clean and the view was amazing. Also breakfast was really delicious!
