Positive: I chose this place because it had a sauna - hadn't realised we would have a whole apartment, with private sauna and jacuzzi, as well as a pretty garden to sit out in. It's 1km or so from the centre of Zutphen, which was easy on our bikes, and nice and quiet in the evenings. We shopped at nearby supermarkets and made our own breakfasts and dinners. Very nice hosts, and one-off decor!

Negative: The kitchenette only has a microwave, not an oven or hob, which meant we bought ready meals for dinner - which was fine for 3 nights. So this is not really a criticism, and we could have gone out to restaurants in the evenings if we'd wanted.

Positive: The garden is lovely. A little oasis. Having a hot tub and sauna was a huge plus. It is in a nice neighbourhood with a shop in walking distance which allowed us to have a chilled night in.

Positive: Wonderful hot tub in a private backyard and patio. Very nice sauna also. The decor makes you feel like you are on a tropical island in the Caribbean. Soft bathrobes and slippers for guests are a nice touch. An amazing breakfast brought to our door in the morning. Was a great place to stay at the end of our cycling tour through the Netherlands.

Negative: Location is out of central Zutphen although on a lovely quiet street.
