Positive: This is a a very tranquil place, surrounded by nature with extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable and breakfast is served according to your tastes. There is a well-equipped guest kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining areas are available in case you wish to prepare some meals and enjoy with a glass of local wine directly at the property. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and also provide great suggestions about discovering the area, such as visiting less-known villages or experiencing local food and wine tasting. We will gladly return to this B&B.

Positive: We spent a fantastic 2023 New Year's Eve with lovely people in an amazing place. The owners, Lino & Luciana are really impressive: friendly, full of life and with lots of interests, from art to scuba diving. We had the new years dinner with them and few other friends, in total 4 couples in the small 'porcilaia' that was recently renewed. Everyone was so nice that the day after we had dinner together again, but this time in a restaurant at Ripatransone, the nearby town which we also liked a lot. What more to say... there is the main house with the rooms for the guests and they have also some land, including a small hill from which we saw the midnight fireworks at 360 degree! WoW! The day after, Lino took us for a small ride around the land with his 4x4, that was great fun, standing on the back of his pickup! Their place is very well kept and while Luciana is taking care of making it beautiful with her art, Lino, who's an architect, is having creative plans to build new structures in the coming years. We will visit again to check the progress. A big thanks to them for welcoming us from the very first moment, for making us feel like at home and for treating us as friends, as we consider them now!
