Positive: The host lives in a house next to the B&B so she's available at anytime to welcome us and for anything The house is new or well refurbished Comfortable beds Private parking

Negative: The B&B house is shared by other guests in another room and that was not clear for me at book time. The price is especially high for a home where the kitchen and main room are shared with others, especially when the noise of other guests wakes you up. There's no oven, neither classic nor microwave.

Positive: Excellent staff. Instant answers. Adjustable temperature in the room and kitchen. Super comfortable bed. Nice brekfast and coffee. Can't think of anything to improve - perfect for the traveler.

Negative: It's not even a minus. More like wishes. I didn't find the cutting board and frying pan in the kitchen. It would be great to have them. But maybe I wasn't looking well

Positive: Very nice, cozy and clean apartment near the city centre of Udine. The hosts are a lovely family, who gave us many advice when we arrived. The breakfast was great too, with fresh food, and good coffee. The apartment is suitable for families or groups, but also for couples, because of the separate rooms. Udine is a great city with many restaurants and bars and really good vibe.
