Positive: An easy walk from the railway station, views of the sea from the street, balcony with a drying rack, in a quiet street close to the pedestrian street and the enchanting old town. Oscar was a friendly, helpful and responsive host. The stairs might be a problem for someone with limited mobility, but with two handrails we were fine. High ceilings and tall doors with wooden shutters and extra exterior doors good for lighting and darkening. Oscar kindly offered to provide bed linens and towels free, which was a relief, as we hadn’t realised that they would be extra.

Negative: A couple of big coffee mugs would have been much appreciated, but that’s just us.

Summary: Good value accommodation in wonderful Termoli.

Positive: The location was very good. Bed was comfortable. I really liked that the apartment had two balconies.

Negative: Bathroom folding door was broken and there was no mirror in the bathroom. But it did not bother us much.

Positive: Short walk from station. Excellent location. Loved having a balcony! Host was very accommodating and friendly. Overall, a clean and well equipped apartment.

Negative: I wasnt aware that there were three flights of steep stairs. If you have heavy luggage, make sure you have someone strong to carry them. Bed was a little hard and pillows too high. Would be great to have an assortment of pillows or bring your own. No wine opener in kitchen. Bring ear plugs as the local kids like to scream their Ducati's in the streets till the early hours.

Positive: Spacious apartment for 1 person which I love it- can accommodate up to 4 comfortably . It is one floor up- about 15 steps. They have extra beds too should you need. Huge balcony to sit outside. Steps to Tigre Amici market. Shopping, bars and restaurants is one street over. Close to the train station (10-15 walk). The port is steps away with nice views. Some people complain about the bathroom. I think it is fine. I love the huge window. Clean apartment.
