Summary: Staff very helpful and good. Pool ok food very low standard.. no wonder nobody comes to the buffet The bathrooms are very tired. It doesn't help that faucet is barely over the edge of bath. All the door edges are showing signs of damp. I wouldn't use this hotel again

Summary: Nothing to say about the personal and people working there they're the best I think it's the best thing this hotel has. The room was an abomination the beds uncomfortable the chairs are dirty and when you try to sleep you can hear everyone else in their rooms if people pass by your room you can hear the loud footsteps as it echoes on the hall.

Summary: Great value and a good location if you’re wanting a little more space outside the confines of Mérida. Situated at a shopping area, you can walk to the big supermarket, and restaurants. Hotel a tiny bit dated (old shower tub in the bathroom) and the balcony would have been nice to have chairs, but the pool was unexpectedly quite nice, especially in the heat of the afternoon.

Summary: The hotel itself is very nice in the public spaces. However the room we stayed in was tired. The bathroom looked nice, but when you were using it you could see a lot of wear and tear in the corners of the room especially around the bath. The main problem was the excessive noise coming from the neighbouring bar area, where live music was playing.

Summary: Room furniture is dated. Worst was the fact that a ton of bus tour groups seem to always congregate here. They were loud and quite rude as if they owned the place. Breakfast was a circus with them and not a fun circus. LOUD! And lines everywhere to get breakfast. Thank god they left! Would never stay in AZZ again due to bus tour crowd.

Summary: We were given a disability room I don't know why .only a sheet on the bed no extra blankets in the room .the bar in the evening had been moved outside but was not attended so we went elsewhere for our nightcap .breakfast was very limited at 9am three staff on duty but not checking food counters ,one lady even had to ask for some bread .we have stayed here many times and always given full Marks for everything but not this time it was a big letdown
