Summary: The condo was nice and worked well for a long weekend golf and Super Bowl trip. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would suggest adding a few basics like bath soap and extra towels to save a trip to the store.

Summary: Liked most everything about the property. Deer Valley is a VERY busy road. You need to use your best defensive driving skills when on this road near the home. Also, the noise from this road is heard on a pretty constant basis. However, if your not in the home for hours a day you get use to it. Appreciated the cleanliness and how kind the owner was in answering some questions when we moved in. The hot tub is a dream, but know the pool is unheated so this time of year not really useable. Really like the convenience of the garage too. So nice to unload groceries and have an easy walk into the kitchen. The 3 bathrooms in the unit are nice to have too. Overall, we had a great time.

Summary: This place easily sleeps 3, but more if beds are shared or sofas utilized. The pool and hot tub are not a far walk and were almost always empty. Shopping, dining, and flat trails are minutes away in a car. The property is pretty well maintained, but we gave up trying to stream any TV because of the endless buffering. We also could only enter through the garage as the front door keypad would not unlock. Overall we felt safe and comfortable. It was also nice being able to easily park our SUV in the garage.

Summary: Very positive experience from booking unit to check out. Very impressed that guest contact was immediately available by phone for questions. Even email was answered within 10 minutes. I was concerned that we would not have right supplies.... quickly found they had all the necessities including space. Welcome instruction notebook was VERY helpful. We went to the hot tub every evening -- so relaxing. Thank you so much for the positive experience!
