Summary: I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session.

Summary: Everything was fine, you can't fault it. It's spacious, clean, breakfast had lots to choose from. Staff from front of house to housekeeping, everyone was very helpful throughout. The only observation to highlight is that this is one of the first most established resorts in the Nusa Dua area. Which does explain the more classic/period décor throughout the grounds, compared to the neighbouring newer entrants within the Nusa Dua enclave.

Summary: Staff were lovely, thoughtful and helpdul. Great activities and lots of food oprions. Kids loved kids club, especially feeding fish and rabbits and they loved the water slides. We loved yoga and the cultural activities were fabulous. Great way to acc with kids

Summary: Bathrooms could use some upgrades. Otherwise very comfortable beds n pillows. They had made a tent for our kids in the rooms..kids loved it. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. They had the perfect mindset to treat their guest like Royalties.

Summary: The resort has a beautiful layout with a great pool area, especially for kids, and a lovely beachfront. Even at full occupancy, it never felt crowded. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of both local and international dishes. Rooms are standard and a bit dated, but still functional. Overall, very good value for money. On the downside, the rooms can feel quite humid, sometimes with a musty smell, and some areas of the hotel could use more maintenance. Restaurant prices are also on the higher side compared to typical Balinese options.
