Summary: Customer service was very tentative. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and the same service quality was experienced again, especially from Rijal. However need to improve the cleanliness of toilet, I found hair in the shower room straight two days without remove it.

Summary: We really love the hotel! The design, location, and services are top-notch! We’re especially very fond of Bli Edi, the concierge who always helps us with our bags. Honestly, tho, I expect a bit more hospitality from them because well, after all, they have those 5 stars. But, we still enjoyed our stay and would love to go back! PS.: The interior design reminds us A LOT of the movie Lost in Translation. During our stay, we lived the Bill Murray and ScarJo fantasy!
