Negative: Lack of coat hangers (only 3), yet there were 2 dining tables and 12 chairs. Was very disappointed the advertised dishwasher was nowhere to be seen

Positive: The location was central and easy to walk to everything while also feeling really private. The place was huge, had its own kitchen and laundry, smart TV and two air-conditioners. The bed was really comfy.

Negative: The aircon by the bed kept cutting in and out throughout the night, even when it was off, so we just turned it off at the fuse box so we could sleep. Not a criticism but a suggestion - some basic condiments in the kitchen would be helpful such as S&P and some cooking oil. There were stairs leading up to the door, with no landing, so was a bit tricky to open the door while carrying heavy bags, fine for us but may be hard for some. A shame it only had street parking but we didn’t have trouble finding a park close by. None of these things were a deal breaker and we would book again.

Positive: Super spacious, modern, well-appointed apartment in the centre of town. Lots of room and very nicely styled.

Negative: I had 2 issues (related to opening the lockbox and the air con), but to the agent’s credit, he apologized for both of these and assured me they would be looked into as a priority, so I don’t expect these will be issues for future guests. I also suggested they include shampoo/conditioner/shower gel for future guests.

Positive: Location is perfect. Clean, spacious and everything you need is there

Negative: Entry area was very daunting for a single female traveler, especially when one of the local homeless was sitting on the step next door to the entrance. Never knowing if someone would be there when you open the door was always a slight worry. Space could be opened up as the parking space?
