Positive: Great on-site Director David who was super friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel facilities. Great location for anyone working or visiting Massey Uni! Lovely outlook from my room onto a peaceful park.

Negative: The free to air TV didn’t work in my room - something to do with the antenna. Probably an easy fix.

Summary: Excellent value, very comfortable and is my new favourite hotel!
