Positive: The layout of the property is amazing, ground level has a living room with a 3 person sofa and an armchair, ideal for 2 couples, a small toilet, a kitchen with all the necessary things and more (including a food processor, 3 coffee machines, stove with an oven, dishwasher and laundry machine). Top floor has 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own balcony. Very close to the beach, the owners even left a chair and umbrella to use. Amazing staff

Negative: It needs small renovations, however was not a problem. The door to the big bathroom has a sliding door which is a bit difficult for privacy reasons.

Summary: Perfect place for a medium to long stay in Hanioti!

Positive: Villa was excellent! Very comfortable, it has ground floor with living room, toilet, kitchen and two balconies. It's really cosy and fully equipped. Kitchen has all essentials. On the first floor are two bedrooms, both have their own balcony. On the first floor is also a fine bathroom. Property is 5 min walk from the beach. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. In general we had a great time and we would recommend this property to anyone! Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Positive: Avra Chanioti is a great place to stay during vacation. It’s 2 minutes walk from the beach , which is not such busy as the central beach. The house is very comfortable for a couple (also will be great for a family with 2 children or 3-4 adults). It has 3 terraces where we enjoyed the meal. It has all commodities needed, including a small grill. We had some a problem when we left the keys inside and closed the door, however Konstantinos rapidly helped us to resolve the problem. Konstantinos was very nice and responsive:) thanks a lot!

Positive: Excellent 10 out of 10! Liked: Excellent location, everything within walking distance! The apartment is just a 3-minute walk (100m) from the beach, bars, cafes, and various shops! The interior is stylish, beautiful, and tastefully arranged, providing all the necessary cooking facilities (an ample supply of utensils and cookware). All appliances are in good working condition (including a full-size stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and two grills - tabletop and outdoor). Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioner. The whole place is immaculate and well-maintained. The apartment completely lives up to the description and photos! There are two terraces on the first floor and two balconies on the second floor, all with mosquito nets. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of closets for storage. There are two bathrooms, one with a toilet on the first floor, and the other with a toilet and a shower on the second floor. The host, Konstantinos, was pleasant, hospitable, responsive, and always ready to help when needed. It was a delightful stay! I highly recommend it and will suggest it to my friends!

Negative: Did not like: The only drawback was the poor wifi connection.

Positive: The apartment is a 3-minute walk to the beach and equally close to the centre. It was very clean, with mosquito nets everywhere, so we didn't have any bugs in the apartment. There are 4 balconies (2 on the ground floor on both sides and 2 on the first floor), a dishwasher, washing machine, AC in both bedrooms... Beds are comfy. Our host was very nice and welcoming. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience and worth the price!

Negative: The apartment has many appliances but not a microwave. It would've been nice to have it (although there was a regular oven, so we used that instead)
