Positive: Liked the rustic charm, the location, terraced balconies. Beds were comfortable. Enough toilets for a larger group. Plenty of electric sockets in all rooms.

Negative: Exterior could have been better presented. Loose brick on the steps potentially hazardous. Summerhouse unusable. One of the settees in the living room in need of repair. Stairs would benefit from a bannister - one of our group, in her seventies, felt a little nervous when descending.

Positive: Absolutely stunning location which is why we booked the cottage

Negative: It was very difficult for our elderly dog as the garden was dangerous for him but this was our problem and has no reflection on the property. Our young dog loved everything about the garden.

Positive: Amazing views from the back of the property. Very spacious. Lovely hot tub. Lots of outdoor space to the rear. Good location. Plenty of local walks. Both showers were great. Lots of toilets inside and out. Pictures online don't do it justice, so much nicer in person.

Negative: There is nothing in this property that we didn't like, the only small thing would be live tv channels not available if this is something you want to use

Positive: Great location, lovely views and walks, well stocked with all you could need. Very comfortable and clean with lots of space both in and out. Weather wasn’t too good during our visit but we know there are good walks etc nearby. Very happy with everything and the owners are really helpful and care a lot about your stay.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: The view is spectacular, the cottage was large enough for us all over Christmas. Beds lovely and comfy. Very warm throughout the house. Will hopefully be back soon.

Positive: Beautiful scenic location, stunning views, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, well equipped and toasty warm.

Negative: Quite far from Llangollen, we did know this but had hoped to walk in initially, but saying that we drove and in, parked overnight and got taxis back which were excellent.

Summary: Amazing weekend with the girls, hot tub was fabulous, lots of laughing and all in all a perfect little break.
