Summary: We just needed a clean, comfortable place to stay to celebrate Mom's 85th birthday and they provided just what we were looking for. Staff was nice, convenient location, we have no complaints.

Summary: No continental breakfast, pool was being repaired. Vending machines were no stocked. When checking out. Desk clerk said only the manager can check me out. I was leaving. No time to wait for my receipt. Still have no idea what my charges are.

Summary: hotel front entrance door broken and has a sign to open and close manually . not a good start for a disabled person using a walking device . looking back at other reviews i can see this has been broken since atleast march 2025 . what kind of hotel doesnt have a working door for over 4 months ? arrived at 2:25pm and was told id have to pay $50 to check in before 3pm . literally 30 minutes early . woman at desk was very rude about it as well . so i had to sit in my car for a half hour which is ridiculous when rooms were clearly ready . room itself has not sparkling but was passable for a quick stay . stains in the bathroom and hairs on the hardwood floor in numerous places . tv was bigger and nice . bed was very stiff and uncomfortable . no ice machine on the first floor and just 1 microwave for the entire place . no mention of these things or of a pool or gym at check-in but i did see signs for them , no idea if they were operating or not but my guess is no . seems the workers like to park in the handicap stalls right at the entrance as i saw them parking there all thru my stay , with no handicap tag i might add . not a good look to someone who needs those spots . hotel clearly has been neglected and i would not recommend staying here . i would pay a little more for a better situation in the future

Summary: The front door was not working, staff had put a sign on it for clients to open and close it themselves even though there was no handle to open or close door. One of 2 ice machines were not working. The bathroom door in our room would not close. My bed was like sleeping on a flat board. Pillows were nice, air conditioning worked well.

Summary: Was disappointed. Hotel was pretty run down. Area felt unsafe after dark. For the high end pricing i was expecting a nicer clean facility.

Summary: Zero customer service. Staff not friendly nor welcoming at all. The rooms are old and the beds are not comfortable. When laying on the beds you feel the bed springs on your back. There are no microwaves in the room. The entire hotel has to share one microwave near the lobby. There is no continental breakfast. This hotel offers nothing.
