Positive: Great location near golf fields. Not so far from Vail.

Negative: The owner didn’t let us stay even an hour past checkout, which was tough since we had small kids and really needed a little extra time.

Positive: Clean facility and the extra room for parking was great! Lots of bathrooms!!

Negative: The clothes washing machine didn’t work right, had to keep restarting it. Tv controls weren’t clear how to use. All the remotes were dead and had to replace the batteries.

Summary: I would stay here again, few minor fixes and it would have been perfect.
