Positive: We really appreciated having 2 separate rooms with a shared bathroom upstairs. It was an easy walk to the town centre for dinner and some of Galway's features eg the Cathedral. It was clean and tidy and way nicer than my student flat back in the day. Nice big rooms too.

Positive: Super easy to walk to town, nice area, and the bed was comfortable. Took us a bit to work out the shower, but we contacted the host and she helped us out easy as. There were only a couple forks which other people were using, so keep that in mind if you're planning on eating in 😋 overall good place to stay for a few nights to explore galway!!

Negative: Some guests would leave the bathroom a mess, but that can't really be helped as it's shared by all people staying.

Positive: The location is great. The city centre is easily accessible. There is a Tesco and shopping centre a short drive away - literally 5 minutes. The house is spacious. The beds were really comfy. There is a back garden area with seats. The car parking is directly across and it only costs 6.50 per day which is amazing for a city centre. The kitchen is easy to cook in - I would say bring your own utensils etc The dog track is right out front.

Negative: Communication with the host was poor. I didn't know how to get warm water without puting on the heat (it's summer) but didn't get a reply from the host after 2 texts and a phone call. There is one electric shower downstairs but the one upstairs does require the heating to be on as far as I can tell for warm water.
