Positive: Everything! Thoughtful and tasteful design, very comfortable and practical, ample space in every room and common area, perfect location with amazing view and close to the beach, incredibly welcoming hosts, everything (appliances, linens, furniture, etc) was new and spotlessly clean.

Negative: Only one key to the house. But we understand it is necessary (and green) to make sure AC is off when guests leave the property. You just have to be very careful not to get locked out. And when I did, once, phoned hosts and they got neighbor to open for me in less than 10 minutes. Thanks!

Summary: It was perfect. Everything you would hpe for in a summer holiday villa (and more).

Positive: Overall, we had an enjoyable stay – the pool was great, the view from all rooms was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped, and the owners were very kind and helpful.

Negative: However, out of the 5 days we stayed, 2 were affected by technical problems. On the first day, the air conditioning wasn’t working. A neighbor had to come and inspect the issue before the owners could proceed with fixing it. On the fourth day, we found water all over the living room floor. We cleaned it ourselves and informed the owner. The following morning, the neighbor returned early to report the issue over the phone very loud, which woke everyone up. The sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping. We requested an extra mattress, which was delivered the same day – and we appreciated the quick response. In conclusion, we believe the accommodation is perfect for 4 people. If there are more guests, those sleeping in the living room will need to compromise on comfort.

Positive: Perfect stay in an incredible villa with breathtaking views We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful, newly built villa in the peaceful village of Zola. The location is simply perfect – perched on a quiet hillside just above the beach, with panoramic views of the sea and sunset that left us speechless every evening. The village itself is small and calm, far from the tourist crowds, yet ideally located – just 45 minutes from both Assos and Sami, and very close to the best beaches on the island. We especially loved how easy it was to reach Petani, Myrtos, and Vouti beaches from the villa. The villa is spacious, stylishly designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It felt both luxurious and cozy at the same time. Zoi was a wonderful host – welcoming, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. She made us feel at home from the first moment. We’re already dreaming of coming back and will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
