Negative: Very dated, black mould on windows, stained toilet, timescale build-up everywhere you would expect it. The shower head looked disgusting. It is overall cleaned, you can tell the routine work is done, but needs a deep clean, new paint, etc.

Negative: Dirty rooms and smells of something like incense everywhere, which make me feel like that they are hiding an actual problem. Also the breakfast was awful, dry and cold.
