Positive: Spacious hotel in large grounds/golf course. As we took our VIP this is important. Even a poo bin in the carpark. Lovely room, shower over bath, coffee/tea making facilities, TV, comfortable bed. All good. Didn't use pool etc but next time and we are booked in for November. Breakfast buffet copious and excellent. Reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Highly recorded stay!

Negative: I’ve stayed at this hotel before. It is the second time having to give feedback about the amount of dust in the rooms It doesn’t help that the possible outdated and the dust can easily trigger my asthma . It also didn’t help that service was very poor coming from the hostess. Upon arrival, I was received by a young lady with long blonde hair and blue eyes unfortunately I was not able to get a name and she did not even introduce herself and her tag was not visible for me to catch your name. Had the same experience on checking out there was no questions asked about how the room was or feedback from the same young lady. She just took my room key and that was it no questions or interaction.
