Summary: What a wonderful and unique stay for our family road trip! After many hotel rooms, our cabin at Avila was a fun stay. This is mostly an RV park, but it's quiet and friendly with several cabins to rent. We were a bit confused, thinking we had booked the Hot Springs cabins. But there is a great pool, trails, and other fun activities.

Summary: We came at a great time of the year. Very quiet and not too many people here right now. We've enjoyed the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. This place is right next door to the natural hot springs and public swimming pool. There's a cute little farm across the street...this is an awesome place for families as well as couples trying to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Summary: Perfect location to walk the trail Cute park - very quiet especially at night! Fun activities- movie night with the cutest out door theater. Check is was easy and staff was very friendly. Cabins/trailers were worn and furniture and rug were ready for an update Well equipped for what we needed. Very nice towels and bed pillows We would go back for sure! I would love to redecorate for them 💕

Summary: Loved the idea of doing a little “glamping” this weekend. However glamping would not be a word that describes this. The only reason I can think that this property gets an excellent rating is for the campground. The area for trailers was in nice condition. The property had a lot of amenities for kids and families and this is definitely a place I would stay if we still had our trailer. Staff was pleasant and the grounds are well taken care of. The little cabins for rent are another story. Upon arrival to ours, there was a cigarette butt in the rails of the sliding door. It just got worse from there. The unit was filthy. Spilled sticky mess on the floor, carpet so stained we wouldn’t walk on it without shoes and bedroom with twin bunks was nothing but a closet. We immediately went to go buy blankets to cover the couch as it felt so dirty to even sit on. The unit had an overpowering smell of cleanser, which was used in the bathroom. It was clean, but the towel rack would fall if a towel was placed on it. The bed was very small, but we managed there and the sheets were clean. Overall, this isn’t a place for us. The level of filth on the floors and walls was too much. It is super used, evident by the condition of the furniture and walls, so it must work for many people, just not us.

Summary: Wow! What an amazing place to stay. We rented a cabin and it was perfect for my little family. There was so much to do at this little RV park and my kids had a blast! The workers were all incredibly kind and I appreciated their kindness. It is true that some of the rv sites are small, but I watched one of their maintenance workers helping one person after another back up their RVs. He deserves a raise for sure! He would guide them on his golf cart and then walk around and back them up with expertise and precision! My family and I will definitely be back to stay here again.

Summary: I liked the heated pool and hot tub, the game room and all the out door games to play. I like the cabin. I didn’t like how the cabin ran out of hot water rather quickly.
