Summary: I was told this hotel has been open for 5yrs. This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in, and I travel often. My hotel shuttle driver was PHENOMENAL, she made it a point to remember me. Julie is an EXCELLENT host for guest. I tipped her $20 for driving 2 mins and wanted to tip more, that’s how excellent and attentive she was. The only downside was the breakfast

Summary: The hotel its self was great, but in an isolated location only surrounded by gas stations and a small airport. Not a criticism of the hotel itself, but potential guests should consider what they are looking for in surrounding activities and daily needs such as dining. If your need is to be close the airport, great! But if you are staying in Cedar Rapids and want to experience the city, this is not an ideal location.
