Positive: The host was very helpful, location was great, closeby to all the main attractions and touristic venues. The amenities and swimming pools were of very high standards, excellent room layouts, staff were very friendly and attentive onto all our requests plus a big advantage in comparison to most hotels/apartments in Manila, the parking was free. Room was very comfortable and felt more like a home.

Negative: The internet connection was a bit slow and disconnected atimes, not much to point out, everything else was just fabulous and we definitely will plan to book again on our next visits.

Summary: Comfortable, relaxing and fun.

Positive: The location was alright coz it's just what we needed at that time. The place was generally clean. Most of the things that we would need are there although we barely used them due to our busy-ness at work. Sleep was very much appreciated because of the comfortable beds.

Negative: Their internet connection was down at that time which I mentioned to the owner that I'm particular about. But somehow it was also out of their control since there were some upgrading ongoing. They were able to update us of the progress. Our stay could have been perfect.

Summary: Generally, our stay was okay.

Positive: Very clean and Roenel was very helpful! We were there early and she was kind enough to assist us right away

Negative: Guards are too strict. I had an event and went home around 12midnight, guard on duty asked too much questions and even asked for my ID even though I already mentioned where I am staying.

Positive: I highly recommend this place. I was completely impressed with the owner’s professionalism and customer service. Pricing of the property is fair and transparent - definitely value for money.

Negative: There is no security on the lobby of the building E and the guards on the main gate are not so okay and accommodating.
