Positive: Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even tried their best to contact and retrieve my camera stabilizer that the taxi driver stole though he didn't answer us. And also when our taxi couldn't go uphill they offered us help and managed to be on our way. Food was good and everything in menu was available even so they are located in very isolated area.

Negative: Rooms were small, and couldn't access the lake due to the weather (nothing to blame hotel for). However this hotel is only recommended on clear weather or during summer.

Summary: Nice peaceful stay without much of disturbance

Positive: Hmmm, what did I like about the hotel and room. I liked the view from the hotel, it's location, the fort knox style of security (😉)the staff behind reception and the hidden gems, the cleaning staff.

Negative: Hmm, given the money that you pay. I expected more from this place. The room was tiny, especially compared to where i stayed the previous night, a 10 minute drive away. The food at dinner time was a little odd. Also, this is where I started to notice that at breakfast they put the supposedly hot food on hot plates. But then make the decision not to turn them on, so the food was pretty well cold. And I was there at the very start of breakfast, so there are no excuses. So sorry to say, if you're thinking of staying there. You could probably find better options.

Positive: A quiet place to rest.

Negative: The breakfast can be made fascinating.The property lacked activity. 2. Getting a transport to move around was very tricky. We experienced a nexus between hotel reception and a transport provider. We were not exposed to any other option. 3. We were made to understand that we are on the beach of the reservoir but it was hard to reach the so called beach from the property.

Summary: It was a good experience to be in this property but a lot of improvement can be made.

Positive: We lived in a nice cottage. Service team is very friendly. There is a big playground for kids in the restaurant.

Positive: Excellent location with a beautiful view. The hotel is extremely high quality with constant housekeeping and staff available 24/7 for anything required. You can reach the lake by a small trek. This was a perfect getaway for me.

Negative: The prices for drinking water and other amenities is a bit high. Given the remote location, there are no grocery stores. If spending a little bit more for these things is not an issue, I would not consider this as a problem.
